Project Overview
Lycopodium Asset Management worked with the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale to assess 84 building assets and provide comprehensive asset management services. The project delivered detailed condition assessments, statutory compliance reviews, and long-term planning to support informed maintenance and renewal decisions.
Scope of Works
The project included:
- Condition assessments for 84 council-owned buildings
- Review of statutory regulated equipment for compliance with building codes and Australian Standards
- 10-year forward works plans with three prioritised investment scenarios to guide maintenance and renewal budgets
Each building received a Condition Assessment Report with a cover sheet summarising key asset information and compliance status.
