The project included a new process plant (comminution circuit, DMS, flotation, concentrate thickening / filtering / storage), associated infrastructure to support the project, upgrade of an existing tailings storage facility, HV power line connection to the grid and water supply.
The overall scope of work included detailed design, procurement and construction management for the process plant and related infrastructure.
Lycopodium also completed a Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS) report for the project, including capital and operating costs.
