Lycopodium makes no representations, warranties or guarantees of any kind in respect of the website or the website content.  If the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (“Act”) implies a guarantee into the Terms of Use then Lycopodium’s liability arising from a breach of such guarantee will be limited as provided under section 64A of Schedule 2 of the Act.

Any decisions that you make based on the website or the website content are your sole responsibility.  Neither the website nor the website content constitute an invitation to invest in, buy or sell Lycopodium shares and should not be relied on in any way unless the law requires that the information may be relied on when making any such decision.
